Services

Pro-Stump Tree Service Inc. provides professional tree removal, stump grinding, tree trimming and pruning, lot clearing, and related tree care services throughout Central New Jersey. All work is performed by trained crew members under the supervision of an ISA Certified Arborist.

Estimates & Quotes

• All estimates are provided free of charge with no obligation.
• Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Final pricing may vary based on conditions discovered during the on-site assessment that were not visible or apparent during the initial estimate (e.g., hidden decay, underground utilities, access changes).
• Any material changes to pricing will be communicated and approved before work begins.

Photo Upload Terms

By uploading photos through our estimate request form, you grant Pro-Stump Tree Service a limited license to use those photos solely for the purpose of assessing your tree service needs and providing an accurate estimate. All uploaded photos remain your property. We will not use your photos for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit written consent.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the agreed-upon work. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, payment arrangements may be discussed prior to the start of work. All pricing is provided in writing before any work begins.

Liability & Insurance

Pro-Stump Tree Service carries $3 million in general liability insurance and maintains full workers' compensation coverage on all jobs. Certificates of insurance are available upon request. We are a licensed NJ Home Improvement Contractor (#13VH07323700), ensuring your project is protected under the NJ Contractor's Guarantee Fund.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of scheduled work. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a trip charge to cover crew mobilization costs. Emergency service calls are handled on a case-by-case basis.
